Hello to people of all screens of which they are looking at the text currently being read. Hi.
My life feels strange nowadays. I believe the day countdown is something like ten days? That's not really that long. Kinda freaks me out a bit, but mostly because it doesn't feel like it's going to be happening that soon, and it will be. Interesting feeling. So now everyone wants to know what the first thing I'm going to do after getting home. If you are one of those people who would ask that, please check the FAQ.
FAQ
Q. What is the first thing you are going to do when you get home?
A. Sleep.
We were in Skövde half of the week on work overs, that was super fun. I was on splits with a certain Elder Josh Richardson who comes from Springfield, Oregon. We knew each other before the mission, and were, in fact, in the same mission prep class. He just went to a year of BYU, and I went to a year of a mission. And then another one, but he showed up for the second year.
It was also midsomer this week and that was super fun! People get way to drunk to talk to them, so we were told to walk around in normal clothing and to just celebrate, so all the missionaries got together and went to a huge ward party in Göteborg. It was super fun. I'll send pictures of that.
Well, I'm off to spread salvation for my last week! It'll be good! Have a wonderful week!

Good morning to the people of the interwebs of which this letter is now a part,
We had a very busy week this week. It included, but was not limited to, bowling for pday, visiting less actives and investigators, prepping for a big conference, going to said conference, getting on a train to go to another meeting in Stockholm with the man that was at the conference, coming back to Göteborg, attending a conference about the witnesses to Joseph as a prophet, getting a private class about race and the priesthood, attending a fireside about Mormons and Muslims, and actually proselyting. We did that too. So that was super fun. Had a great time.
This week will be equally as packed, but a lot more using things learned in conferences as opposed to attending them.
It will be good! Thank you for all the support! Let me know if you need anything! Have wonderful weeks!

Hello everyone! This will be short! Some interesting things about my life:
We were the pallbearers at a funeral this week.
We were on splits with the assistants. It was super good!
We've listened to the audio book of the Kolob theorem. Interesting ideas.
I think that was pretty much everything. If you have more specific questions, go ahead and ask.

Happy Swedish National Day everyone! We have a ward party to be at in 45 minutes, so I'll make this quick, but what else is new, right?
We went to Stockholm this week for a meeting and we were able to see some old friends, including, but not limited to, my trainer who is back in Sweden for an internship! That was super fun! Also, one of my best friends from Katrineholm, Hadi! He's working in Stockholm right now and we were able to meet up. Great guy.
This week we had a big meeting with the missionaries we work with about the enduring covenants of the temple. It went really well. The temple is the best.
We were also able to attend a Swedish high school graduation. Crazy stuff. Look it up on YouTube.
I think that's a good rundown of my life right now. Have a great week all of the people!

Hello people,
Happy Swedish mothers day to you!
This has been a good week, just doing the work of the Lord.
I've got no time today. I'm sorry I say that every week and that I'm gonna write more the next week and then I don't. Sorry. I got a new companion though. That's the biggest news for the week. Elder Michael Richardson from Ogden, UT. He's a great guy. It's gonna be a really good companionship.
Anyway, have a great week!

Hello people of the world that read this. I had a good week, I hope you did too. We did a thing this week called Beast Week where the zone just went super hard and talked to a ton of people. It was fun. We broke the record for all time contacting done in a week by a zone. That was pretty cool. We're all pretty tired. I'll be getting a new companion, so that'll be fun. We actually got a new car a last week. It's also an Opel. A Mariva. It's a diesel. I like it.
I have to get into town now. I hope you don't mind, but I'm bouncing.
Love ya!

Hello people. I have like no time today. I'm super sorry if you were wanting all of the details of my life ever, because you won't be getting it.
A few things though.
My son had his year mark this week, and that led to lots of consideration on my life and the time I have left on my mission. It's not much.
We went on splits with the assistants this week too. They're doing well. I like them a lot. Good guys. I was with Elder Hemmingsen. He's a great missionary. Hard worker, loving guy.
We had a zone training with President this week too. It was all about planning. So now we plan more.
I also had an interview with President. Our interviews are usually like three or four minutes while everyone else has 15 minutes or so. Not this time. I had a temple recommend interview. So it was more like eight minutes!
That was pretty much my life. I hope you all have a great one!

Hello to the people. Today is a day that we have less time than we usually do. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I will now highlight a few moments of the week.
On Monday, we went to an island called Köpstadsö. It was super fun! We took some really cool pictures and had a great time while we were out there. Sweden is a pretty cool place.
On Saturday, we held a baptismal service for our investigator Sadik! He is a really great guy. He'll do really well as a member. I mean, he has been living like a member for the past while now.
On Sunday, AKA yesterday, it was Mother's day, and therefore I was able to Skype my family. They got quite a few details about my life. It was super awesome and I love them many.
If you have any more questions or hankerings for details about my life that you just can't wait until next week for, I would invite you to talk to my mother.
Have a great week!

The week was super good. I'm feeling good about this place. Around a lot of people and having a lot of success. We'll be having a baptism this weekend, so that'll be super great! We have three other people currently on track to be baptized, so that is also quite great.
The spring has indeed come, but we're still in Sweden, so sometimes the weather is super nice, and then it's back to freezing. Like last week, we were having a great day at like 13 degrees or something, and then all of the sudden, back to -1 the next day with snow on the ground. We woke up and were all like, are you for real?
There are probably 14 missionaries in the immediate town, plus 6 more in smaller towns outside of Göteborg. It's pretty fun. First time I've really been around other missionaries. Everyone like plans out pday together, and I just kinda hang along for the ride.
Have a great week.

April 25, 2016

Hello all the people that happen to be reading this little bit of text on this fine day.
   Busy day, short letter!
There is so much work to do here, it's absolutely crazy. We have four people that should be getting in the water by the time I go home.
Miracle story time. Stake conference day, April, 2016, Utby, Göteborg. Church starts at eleven, but usually starts at ten. We wake up, do our studies, and I have this feeling like, "be at the church at ten". And I'm like, that's weird. So then at ten we get a call from a lady telling us to get to the church, and we're like, "fine, here we come." So we go the church and right as we walk in, a guy walks in with his new convert sister, and she's like, "this is my brother whose been in Sweden for twenty days, I've been telling him about the church, he wants to be baptized." "Okej, we can do that," Says we. So now we're teaching this guy, super cool guy, about Jesus and the church! It's super awesome! God makes sure we're in the right place even if we're too dumb to catch the first hint.
Here's one for you! We were out contacting, and there was this lady, and she must of not seen us because she just about had a heart attack when we stopped her! three feet in the air, stumbled and almost fell over, I thought her poor heart was gonna stop beating. But then she just starts walking away, breathing really heavily and glaring us down with the most intense death stare you ever did see. Hilarious.
But yes. Life is good. Elder Halterman and I are having a great time, we're working hard, and we are seeing success.
It snowed the other day. We got another inch of snow the morning before stake conference on Sunday. Just thought some of you thought that would be an interesting fact.
   Have a great week everyone!
